Hi there
I was looking over the workout plan. It looks like there is 2 days of weight lifting. The after shots of these moms seem like they had to do a lot of lifting to get so toned. Am I reading the plan wrong? Also, what are your thoughts on having one cheat day a week?
I really felt inspired after watching this on the news!
