As a personal trnaier I get a lot of guys coming to me looking to develop rock hard abs. I recommend a simple ab workout. Something like the following:Exercise Sets reps restToe Raises 4 10-20 1 minuteReverse Crunches 4 15-20 1 minuteCrunches 2 15-20 1 minuteSide crunches 2 10-15 1 minuteToe raises lie on your back and bring your legs up, as straight as possible, and reach your toes up to the ceiling. Reverse Crunches Same position as a crunch butt you bring your knees up to your chest. In order to get those abs to show though you will have to cut down to a relatively low level of body fat. I recommend Optimized Circuit Training, if you can get your hands on a pair of dumbbells; if not get yourself a jump rope, I promise it will burn calories like nothing you have ever tried.
