I try to woorkut twice a day. I do a home woorkut in the mornings, and then a gym woorkut in the evening. I prefer the gym because I woorkut harder. I like walking by the muscled-up men and thinking, yeah, I can sweat as much as you do. There are too many distractions at home, but most people at my gym are there for one thing To exercise.

Chest flyes are great for shredding the chest muclses. I don’t care what the eight or so people ahead of me say, you CAN target fat loss. You should combine your workouts with cardio to maximize fat burn, but truthfully if you do chest flyes with low weights for a lot of reps, you can definitely cut down your chest and get those nice striations. Just lie on a bench with your arms stretched out at your sides, arms slightly bent, and bring your hands together above you. Make sure you are focusing you attention on tightening the chest muclses and ensuring that’s where your movement is coming from, especially as you are releasing back to the rest position.Hope this helps, and good luck!

Well losing 25lbs in 12 weeks is very doable. The key in getting on a schedule you can follow and being consistent with it. If you do not feel like you have the time for a specific program just modify it a little and then make sure you follow through with your plan. You should average 1-3lbs a week if you are sticking to it. Just remember that its a system you are using. We want lean muscle gains so your new muscle will burn fat and we wan to get our cardio in on an empty stomach in the am to buirn fat even faster.
I hope this will help out in some way. If you would like you can always send me an email to discuss it in more detail.
