Changing my life:: Thanksgiving

By lynette | In Blog | on November 21, 2012

For society this holiday is centered around the ritual of food and embracing of family.  For me, this time of year is now centered around gratitude.  I will take stock of my life, not ignoring problems or challenges but rather remembering the good.  In the past, I always got so caught up in the daily grind and focused more on what I didnt’ have rather than on what I do have.  An important lesson I recently learned: Everything that you think is important isn’tEverything that you think is unimportant is.

I feel grateful for the opportunity I have to work with Chris and the staff at The Gym.  Yet even with my sense of gratitude, I dreaded the thought of attending this mornings bootcamp class. I dreaded it because it does it’s job.  The class makes me sweat, swear like a trucker and barely able to walk or lift my water by the end of the workout.  But that’s why I’m here – right?

Watch this video to get an idea of how challenging this class is and then ask yourself – are you up for the challenge?  If so, check out www.gym303.com and join me in the next class.

I am thankful the class if over, at least for today.  Now, the thought of having a piece of pie isn’t so dreadful, especially knowing I will be right back at The Gym on Friday.  On a side note, I hope I’m able to lift my arm at all in order to eat tomorrow.

    Truth is… it will cost you a lot more (much more) to learn about all of these secrets by spending years and years going to seminars and classes just to find them yourself. Look at it this way, the average person can easily spend $3,000 or more on private training over the summer…just on training alone! If, through this system, you are able to achieve real life changing results from your own home (like the ones you’ve been trying to achieve all along) you will have saved $1000′s…and then some on trainer fees, gym dues etc!
