Doing major strength tinanrig every day is not wise. To allow your muscle tissue to grow (making you stronger and leaner) you need to rest at least one full day between full-body workouts. You should also try to get a full night of undisturbed sleep after a day when you train.Instead of doing this every day, try doing it every other day and add in 30-45 minutes of cardio tinanrig (brisk walking, running, biking, swimming laps) as an every-day thing.Hope this helps!
